These terms govern your use of WhatsSuite ("we", "us", "our"), a WhatsApp Business messaging platform. By creating a workspace or connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) you connect.
• You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's own Business Policy and Meta's platform terms — including obtaining proper opt-in consent before messaging any contact.
• You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing without consent, or content that violates WhatsApp's commerce or messaging policies.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and team member access secure.

Our service

We provide the software that connects to your WABA through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform — a shared inbox, campaign sending, template management, automation, and reporting. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Message delivery, template approval, and account quality ratings are determined by Meta, not by us.

Data & privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, including your right to disconnect your account and delete associated data at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but message delivery ultimately depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which is outside our control. We are not liable for delays, rate limits, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

Termination

You may stop using the platform and disconnect your WhatsApp account at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms or WhatsApp's own policies, or that is used in a way that risks other workspaces' ability to use the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
